Summary

As the main forum for information exchange and European Union coordination on the international aspects of the fight against terrorism, the Council Working Group on Terrorism (International Aspects) [COTER] aims to provide analysis of national counterterrorism efforts, as well as to coordinate international assistance with and development and improvement of these efforts. The Working Group is committed to working with the United Nations and to reinforcing UN counterterrorism methods among the EU’s member countries.
