On September 28–29, 2023, a private workshop titled “Political Economy and the International Laws of Violence” will take place at the Freie Universität Berlin. The workshop is co-hosted by Professor Heike Krieger (Kolleg-Forschungsgruppe ‘The International Rule of Law - Rise or Decline?’ Freie Universität Berlin), Professor Naz K. Modirzadeh & Mr. Dustin A. Lewis (Program on International Law and Armed Conflict, Harvard Law School) and Dr. Ntina Tzouvala (College of Law, Australian National University).
