Molly Doggett is a J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School and a Research Assistant at the HLS Program on International Law and Armed Conflict (PILAC). Among the PILAC initiatives she has contributed research support to include the Counterterrroism and Humanitarian Engagement Project, the Extraterritorial Use of Lethal Force Project, and the War-Algorithm Accountability Project. Molly will also be researching human rights, international law, and non-state actors.
Molly is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College (B.A. summa cum laude). As an undergraduate, Molly majored in International Studies with concentrations in Latin America and the Middle East. While at Harvard, Molly has interned with the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France, and with the Public International Law and Policy Group in Istanbul, Turkey. Molly is also active in the Law and International Development Society.
