Chloé Sweeney

Chloé Sweeney

Chloé Sweeney is a second-year J.D. student at Harvard Law School and has been a Research Assistant for the HLS Program on International Law and Armed Conflict (HLS PILAC) since September 2022. Chloé is currently contributing to an update of HLS PILAC’s catalogue of apparent “Article 51 communications.”

Chloé is an editor on the Harvard International Law Journal and a student attorney at the Harvard Immigration Project. She is also a teaching fellow for A Democracy Initiative. During the summer of 2022, Chloé worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She will be working as an international dispute resolution summer associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for summer 2023. Chloé received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021, where she studied Political Science and International Relations.
