Luisina Kemanian Leites is a second-year J.D. student at Harvard Law School and has been a Research Assistant for the HLS Program on International Law and Armed Conflict (HLS PILAC) since September 2025. Luisina's current research at PILAC focuses on IHL and mediation.
Luisina is a member of the Board of Student Advisors and an articles editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. During the summer of 2024, Luisina interned at the United Nations Human Rights office in Geneva, Switzerland. It is anticipated that she will be working at A&O Shearman during summer 2025 in D.C. Luisina graduated from Penn State University in 2023 with a B.A. in International Politics and a B.A. in Latin American Studies. Before law school, Luisina completed a Fulbright in Montería, Colombia.
