Background
Dr. Janina Dill will discuss her research concerning international law and ethics in international relations, specifically in war. Her current work investigates the legal, moral, and military implications of “collateral damage,” with a specific focus on U.S. military practices. Dr. Dill is the John G. Winant Associate Professor in U.S. Foreign Policy at the University of Oxford and a Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law, and Armed Conflict.
