Lulu Mansour is a third-year law student at Harvard Law School and has been a Research Assistant for the HLS Program on International Law and Armed Conflict (HLS PILAC) since September 2024. Lulu’s research at PILAC focuses on the U.S. military’s counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations.
Lulu is a senior editor on both the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy and Harvard National Security Journal, a student contributor on Lawfare, Co-Vice President of External Affairs for the Harvard Law Armed Forces Association, and Vice President of Academics for Harvard’s National Security & Law Association. Lulu graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, with a B.A. in Political Science. Before law school, Lulu served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps.
