Pallav Shukla, PILAC Research Assistant, Spring 2015

Pallav Shukla is currently an LL.M. candidate at Harvard Law School and a Research Assistant at PILAC, where he contributes to the Extraterritorial Use of Lethal Force Project. He studied law at ILS Law College, Pune (’10) and was nominated as law clerk to the Hon. Mr. Justice SH Kapadia, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India.

Pallav has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi and published a number of publications, including conference papers. Pallav also has experience as a litigator, and is a consultant with the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
