Shayna Toh is a second-year J.D. student at Harvard Law School and has been a Research Assistant for the HLS Program on International Law and Armed Conflict since the Fall of 2023. She is contributing to a research project investigating certain international legal aspects concerning linkages involving military measures in outer space, artificial intelligence, and cyber operations.
Shayna is an Executive Technical Editor for the Harvard Civil-Rights Civil-Liberties Law Review and a Senior Article Editor and Online Content Contributor for the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. She is also on the board of the Harvard Law and Entrepreneurship Project, serving as the Symposium Director. During the Summer of 2023, Shayna worked at the United Nations Commission of International Trade Law in Vienna, Austria. She received her B.A. from Brown University in 2020, majoring in International Relations and Music, and worked as a digital marketing consultant between college and law school. In the Summer of 2024, it is anticipated that Shayna will join Latham and Watkins LLP in New York City.
