Robert (Bobby) Dyke is a second-year J.D. student at Harvard Law School and a Research Assistant with the Harvard Law School Program on International Law and Armed Conflict (HLS PILAC). Bobby currently assists PILAC with developing a policy brief for their paper Quantum of Silence: Inaction and Jus ad Bellum.
Bobby is also involved with the Harvard International Law Journal and Harvard Journal on Legislation. He additionally serves as a Research Assistant to Professor Jack Goldsmith. Before law school, Bobby worked for the Ranking Member of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs, Congressman Michael McCaul. He previously interned with the Committee, the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Consulate General in Barcelona, and the Texas House of Representatives for Speaker Joe Straus. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2017 with a B.A. in Government and History.
