For the fourth consecutive year, in 2019 HLS PILAC led a series of informal research briefings at Missions to the United Nations in New York.
In collaboration with the Missions of Belgium, Norway and Switzerland, the Harvard Law School Program on International Law and Armed Conflict will undertake, during the first half of 2016, a series of four working lunches on themes and topics in international humanitarian law (IHL) and protection of civilians (PoC), based primarily on PILAC’s ongoing research.
