On May 30, 2019, Mr. Dustin A. Lewis (HLS PILAC Senior Researcher) engaged with scholars at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in an informal exchange of views (seminar) concerning academic research on certain topics of international law pertaining to armed conflict. The seminar touched on such topics (among others) as the HLS PILAC research project on “International Legal and Policy Dimensions of War Algorithms: Enduring and Emerging Concerns.”
