Lloyd Lyall is a second-year J.D. student at Harvard Law School and has been a Research Assistant for the HLS Program on International Law and Armed conflict since the fall of 2022. Lloyd currently helps draft the Counterterrorism and Humanitarian Engagement fortnightly update.
Lloyd is a Lead Executive Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal and co-leads a project on dispute-resolution mechanisms in international development finance for Harvard Law Advocates for Human Rights. During the summer of 2022, Lloyd worked on human rights issues surrounding internationally financed infrastructure projects at Accountability Counsel in San Francisco. In the summer of 2023, he will work with the Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy group at Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, D.C.
