Samantha Lint, HLS PILAC Research Assistant
Samantha Lint is a first-year J.D. student at Harvard Law School and a Research Assistant for the HLS Program on International Law and Armed Conflict (HLS PILAC). Samantha currently supports the project “Self-Defense, States’ Silence, and the Security Council: Examining Acquiescence Concerns and Article 51 Reports.”
Samantha is also involved with the Harvard International Law Journal and HLS Advocates for Human Rights, where she has analyzed potential charges for war crimes committed in Iraq. Prior to law school, Samantha worked in public policy and international development. Her experience includes supporting the portfolio concerning certain States (Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Nepal) of a large USAID health project, and working with local NGOs in Rwanda and Madagascar. She has also interned at the White House and the National Women’s Law Center. Samantha has a B.A. in International Studies and French from the University of Richmond, and has studied at Sciences Po, Paris.
